Return‑to‑Sender or Refused DeliveryUpdated 8 days ago
What “Return-to-Sender” Means
Carriers may label a parcel “Return to sender,” (RTS) “Undeliverable,” or “Customer refused delivery.” Tracking can also change to Delivered once the parcel reaches our warehouse.
Tracking Clues
Your tracking history usually lists a reason, such as an insufficient address, customer refusal, or carrier access issues.
Customer‑Refused Delivery
If you refuse the package at delivery, it follows the same route back to our warehouse. You do not need to create a return in the portal.
How Credit Is Issued
When the RTS or refused parcel is scanned at our warehouse, a E-Gift Card for the full order amount (minus the initial shipping fee) will be issued within 10 business days. Sealed RTS boxes often process sooner.
Why It Happens and How to Fix It
Common causes include:
- Mismatched state and country
- Missing apartment or suite number
- Incomplete street address
- Intentional refusal
