Step‑by‑Step for Single Order Return
Enter your order number and email address on the first screen, then click the "NEXT" button
Step 1 - Select Items
- Select the item you want to return.
- Select the reason for returning each item.
Step 2 - Choose a Return Shipping Method
United States Returns:
- Ship It Yourself (Prepaid Shipping Label)
- Print the UPS shipping label yourself
- Drop Off at UPS (Shipping QR Code)
- Show the QR code at any participating UPS location
- Select from the list of closest participating UPS locations near you
International Returns:
- Ship It Yourself (No Prepaid Label)
- Choose the carrier of your choice
Step 3 - Review your Return
- Return Summary
- Shows the value of your return in local currency.
- Gift Card for return will be issued in USD
- Pay $4.99 for the label if prompted (U.S. only).
Step 4 - Print and Ship
- Print your packing slip
- Pack your item(s)
- Include the packing slip inside the return order
- Remove any old shipping labels from the parcel before attaching the new return label.
- Ship your return
- Save your tracking number
Can I Return Items from Multiple Orders Together?
Yes, if you're in the United States, you can return items from multiple orders in a single package, but only if you follow the correct steps in the return portal:
After entering your first order number and email, start your return as usual.
- During Step 1, click the “Check Eligibility” button located below the item selection area.
- Enter the additional order number to see if that order has return-eligible items.
- If eligible, select the additional item(s) you want to include.
- Repeat this process for any other orders you'd like to return together.
Once you reach Step 4, the label or QR code you generate will apply to all selected items across the combined orders.
Important: This option is only available for U.S. customers. Customers outside the United States must return each order in a separate package
Packing and Tracking Checklist
- Include the packing slip
- Print the slip from the portal and place it inside the box. It helps us identify your return quickly.
- Include original tags
- Make sure all the original tags are included inside of the box.
- Only return selected items
- Do not include items you didn’t select in the portal. These will be processed separately and may delay or reduce credit.
- Seal your package securely
- Use packing tape to make sure the parcel stays closed during shipping.
- One return per box
- Do not combine two returns into one package.
- Save your tracking receipt
- Save your tracking number or photo of the receipt until your return is fully processed and your credit issued.
Label, Packing, and Returns FAQ
- Why is there a prepaid label fee? The fee covers the cost of shipping at a heavily discounted UPS rate for shipping and processing.
- Are label fees refundable? No. Label fees are non‑refundable, even if they are unused
- Forgot an item? Labels can not be edited once purchased, please purchase another label or start a new return for additional items.
- Can I switch from QR code to printed label (or vice versa)? No. Once a label or QR code is selected, it cannot be changed. If you need a different format, please create a new return.
- Can I edit a label after purchase? No. You must generate a new label for additional items or parcels.
- Can I reuse a label for another return? No. Each label is linked to the specific items and order(s) you selected. Do not use it for other returns.
- What if I don’t drop off the package right away? Your label will remain valid for a limited time. We recommend using it as soon as possible to avoid delays in processing your return.
- What happens if I use the label but don’t include a packing slip? If you did not include your packing slip, we will still process your return, but it may delay processing. Always include it to ensure proper credit.
- What if I lost my packing slip or shipping label? No problem. You can reprint both by visiting the Returns Portal, and entering your order number and email.
- Will I be notified when my return is received or processed? No. We don’t send notifications when your return is received or processed.
For U.S. returns using our prepaid label or QR code, you can track your return status through the Returns Portal.
For international or self-shipped returns, use your carrier’s tracking.
You’ll receive an email once your gift card credit has been issued for the return.
