Zip, Afterpay and Klarna are installment payment platforms that let you pay for your Fashion Nova purchase over time in 4 easy installments using a credit or debit card every 2 weeks. Currently, Zip and Afterpay are only available for US customers.

What is Zip?
Zip allows you to split nearly any purchase into 4 installments over 6 weeks (See Disclosure 1 below)
What information does Zip ask for?
Zip requires your legal name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and either a US debit or credit card to sign up. Heads up, Zip requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to log in, instead of a traditional username and password.
Who can use Zip?
To create a Zip account, you must:
- Live in the US
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
- Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase
- Have a valid US mailing address. We do not accept mailing (or billing) addresses that are APO, FPO, AE PO or PO BOx
How do I sign up?
At check out, click Zip as the payment option. This begins the account creation process.
Is there a service fee for using Zip?
Customers may be charged an installment fee as well as late fees, if applicable. For more information on finance charges, please check out Zip's Help Center.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can spend with Zip?
The amount you can spend with Zip at checkout varies by merchant.
How can I check my Zip order or account information?
The best way to manage your order, change a payment date (see disclosure 2) and make a payment is in the Zip app. Alternatively, you can use the Zip Customer Portal.
When is my first payment due?
The first payment for your purchase is due when you check out on a merchant's website. The remaining payments will be billed automatically over time. You will be able to see your payment schedule prior to completion of your purchase.
Will I be notified before I am charged for a payment?
Yes! Zip notifies customers with reminders three days and one day before each payment is due, by SMS and email. Access the Zip app to see your payment due dates or update your payment method.
Can I make payments early?
Of course. If you want to make a payment, log into the Zip app or Customer Portal, select the orders tab, and choose the payment you want to make early. For more information about how to make an early payment, please go to Zip's Help Center.
Can I have multiple payments/orders at once with Zip?
Yes! It's possible to have multiple Zip orders at once. You can manage your payments across multiple orders in the Zip app or Customer Portal.
What if I have trouble paying?
Your payments are set to debit automatically on their due dates, but if you are having trouble paying you can potentially request a payment date change. (See Disclosure 2 below) Find out how in Zip's Help Center. If your payment method becomes invalid or expires or is unable to be processed, you may be charged a late fee. For more information on late fees please go to Zip's Help Center. To avoid late fees, update your payment information in the Zip app or Customer Portal.
How do I update my payment method (including existing orders)?
All payments for your order will debit from the payment method you used to check out with initially. If you need to change your payment method for future payments on an order, you can do so in the Zip app or Customer Portal. How do returns, refunds and partial refunds work?
Follow all merchant return and refund information to complete your return. When Zip is notified of the return or refund by the merchant, Zip cancels all future payments and your account will be adjusted to reflect the amount paid to date. In the event of a partial refund, scheduled payments are reduced or canceled first, and then paid installments are refunded to your original payment method. For more information visit Zip Refunds. Disclosure 1: For example, for a $335 purchase, you’d make four $85.25 payments every two weeks starting today for a 31.11% annual percentage rate and a total of payments of $341. A $6 installment fee is charged at commencement - you pay $1.50 of this fee as a prepaid finance charge when you make your initial payment today. The remaining $4.50 is included in your future payments. Actual installment fees vary and can range from $0 to $7.50 depending on the purchase price and Zip product used. Actual amount of fee for your purchase will be reflected at checkout. Estimation of installment payment and annual percentage rate excludes potential tax and shipping costs. Zip Pay Anywhere and Zip Checkout financing through Zip issued by WebBank. All loans are subject to credit approval.

What is Installments with Afterpay?
Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments with Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Where can I use Installments with Afterpay?
Installments with Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on fashionnova.com.
Can I use Installments with Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
Afterpay is offered to our customers in the US, UK, New Zealand, Australia and Canada who have billing address, shipping address, and a Visa, Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and mobile phone number from the corresponding country. Customers with billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers outside of these countries will not be eligible for Afterpay.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments with Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.
What products are not eligible for purchase using Installments with Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
If I return items from my Afterpay order, will I receive a refund?
Online returns from Fashion Nova are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova gift card. Refunds issued for returned items do not affect your Afterpay installments. When returning items by mail on a purchase made using Afterpay, you will still need to complete your payments to Afterpay as Fashion Nova processes returns and refunds separately.
What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.
What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.

What is Klarna?
Klarna is the smooothest & safest way to get what you want today, and pay over time.
What is Pay in 4 and how does it work?
Pay in 4 allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, paid every 2 weeks. Once your items are in your cart, just choose Klarna at checkout. The first payment will be taken from your credit card, debit card or bank account when your order is shipped. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged every 2 weeks afterwards.
Who can use Klarna?
To be eligible to use Klarna, you must: Be a resident of the United States or its territories Be at least 18 Have a valid card/bank account Have a positive credit history Be able to receive verification codes via text
What payment methods are accepted?
Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), as well as checking accounts for ACH payments. Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
If there's an issue with my order, do I still need to pay for it?
No, you do not need to pay for items that you did not order, are faulty, or broken. Please contact the store to let them know you received the wrong order and follow their instructions. Then, let Klarna know which items you have an issue with:In the Klarna app, go to Orders and select the order you want to cancel Tap Report a problem or More and then Report a problem Select the option that suits you best and follow the instruction to pause your payments By doing this, your payment plan will be paused until you’ve resolved the issue with the store. You can check the status of your reported problem on the details page of your purchase in the Klarna app.
What happens if I need to make a return?
Follow the store’s return instructions. Then, let Klarna know which items you have returned by reporting a return: In the Klarna app, go to Orders Select the purchase, or the items, you wish to return Tap Report return Heads up, if you later wish to return more items than you initially reported in the app, be sure to let the store know so your order details can be updated.
Has Klarna received my payment?
Klarna will send an email confirmation for all completed payments. You can also call or live chat with Klarna’s customer service agents 24/7 to confirm payment.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. If you want to pay the next payment or full balance of your payment plan early, simply log into the Klarna app, go to the “Purchases” tab, and select “Payment Options.”
How do returns work with Klarna?

Klarna will email you if your payment is unsuccessful, and try one or more times to collect it. If they can’t collect it, it will be added to your next payment along with a late fee of up to $7.00. The aggregate sum of your late fees will never exceed 25% of your order value at the time of purchase. Your credit score will not be impacted when you use Klarna payment products.
